Available on Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Spotify, and iHeartRadio.

On a cold and snowy weekend in Philadelphia, we spent our days inside binge-watching television. In this episode, we discuss some of what we watched--the Aaron Hernandez documentary on Netflix, Tyler Perry's new movie A Fall from Grace, and the Kamiyah Mobley story on Lifetime. We also talk a bit about the importance of processing trauma and give our thoughts on the association of Martin Luther King day with community service.
